Keto Cheese Sauce
Broccoli is a vegetable we eat a lot of in our home because it is healthy and the kids will even eat it. But sometimes we need to spice things up in the kitchen with our vegetables. We've dressed up our Roasted Parmesan Carrots and Garlic Butter Green Beans before but this Cheese Sauce of Broccoli is the best!

Cheese Sauce | Use cornstarch or arrowroot powder to keep it keto!

I make this Cheese Sauce with arrowroot powder to keep it Keto but you could use substitute it for cornstarch if that is what you have on hand. Below the Cheese Sauce is poured over broccoli with Bacon Wrapped Dill Chicken.

Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup of milk, we use Homo milk
1 tbsp arrowroot powder (keto) or cornstarch
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika

Method

In a small saucepan, whisk together milk and arrowroot powder until completely mixed.
Add the remaining ingredients to the pot.
Cook on medium high heat until desired thickness.
Drizzle over vegetables and enjoy!
